How long does it take for delivery?

For products you buy on our website, the delivery timelines are stated below: 

Mumbai: 3-7 days

Rest of India: 7-10 days

For custom order the delivery timelines are usually 6-8 weeks. 

**Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays, orders are currently taking longer to deliver. We will however, regularly update you regarding the status of your order and will try our best to get it to you ASAP. 


Where will the delivery service deliver my order? Will it be delivered to my doorstep?

Smaller goods will be delivered to your doorstep. However, in case of a larger purchase the delivery service will depend on the availability of a service elevator, the size of the stairwell and the floor your apartment is on - these deliveries will be charged at actuals. Please feel free to contact us for any clarity. 


How much GST is included in the price?

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of 18% GST.


What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. To know more please refer to our Shipping & Delivery section.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally but unfortunately, not through our website. Get in touch with us on info@camelot127.com for a customised shipping quotation. 


Can I customise the furniture?

Furniture pieces shown on the website can not be customised. For other customisation requests and orders please get in touch with us on info@camelot.com


How is the furniture / product packed?

Based on your delivery location the furniture is first packed in craft paper and corrugated, and if fragile, it is crated. 


Will my furniture be placed for me once it arrives?

No, our delivery agents will not unpack the pieces on arrival or place them in your home unless the delivery is in Mumbai. 

 

Who will assemble my furniture when it arrives?

Please note that our pieces ARE NOT flat-packed, which means that they cannot be dismantled and assembled. All our furniture will arrive just as you see it on our website. 

The only exception to this is for beds. Our beds arrive dismantled and we will share a video to explain how to assemble them. Assembly is very simple and can easily be done by a local carpenter. 

 

Can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

 

Can I return my order? 

We do not do returns, unless the product has arrived damaged. Please send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery on info@camelot127.com for us to process and assist with your return. 


How do I know if a piece will fit in my space?

Each piece on the website comes with exact dimension details. 


Can I ship my order as a gift? 

Yes, you can ship an order as a gift. Just let us know in the ‘Leave a note about your order’ section during checkout and ensure you add the recipients shipping details. Our team will be in touch with you if any further information is required. 


What are my payment options?

We accept the following types of payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking.


Are international Credit Cards accepted?

Yes, you can use international cards for payments.


Do I need to Sign Up to purchase?

You can checkout as a Guest User. However, we recommend that you Sign Up with us to always be updated regarding our newest launches and offers. We promise to not spam you.
