FAQs

1. Do your pieces require assembly?
Most of our pieces come fully assembled and ready to use. In rare cases, minimal assembly may be required, but we do not sell flat-pack furniture.

2. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to most major cities across India free of cost. If your location falls outside our delivery zones, please contact us for a shipping quote. We are constantly expanding our service radius.

3. How are the pieces delivered?
All furniture is securely packed, crated, and shipped through trusted delivery partners. Deliveries are made up to the ground floor only. Please ensure that your entryways, staircases & elevators can accommodate the piece before ordering.

 

4. Do you provide unpacking or installation?
At present, we do not offer unpacking or installation services outside of Mumbai. We recommend hiring a local carpenter for uncrating or handling if required.

 

5. What if my piece arrives damaged?
If you notice damage, please email us at info@camelotindia.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and videos of the damage. We will review the case and suggest the best solution - this may be a repair, replacement, or return, depending on the situation.

 

6. Do you accept cancellations or returns?
All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.

 

7. Is there a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Natural variations in wood and cane, or damages caused by exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, extreme weather, or misuse, are not covered under warranty.
