Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the website camelotindia.com and your purchases with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  1. Orders & Payments

    • All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase.

    • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not accept Cash on Delivery or direct EMI payments.

  2. Product Information

    • Each piece is handcrafted; natural variations in wood grain, cane texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated. These are not considered defects.

  3. Delivery & Access

    • Deliveries are made up to the 2nd floor only.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery. Refunds or returns will not be granted if the product does not fit through access points.

  4. Warranty

    • All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, lack of care, exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or temperature fluctuations are not covered.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

    • All sales are final. No cancellations once an order is placed.

    • Refunds are only applicable in cases of approved damage/defect claims.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • All content on this website (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Camelot and cannot be used without prior written permission.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • Camelot is not liable for delays, loss, or damage beyond what is covered under the terms of our delivery partners.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping to most parts of India. For addresses outside our standard service zones, please contact us for a shipping quote.

  • Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners.

  • Delivery is made up to the 2nd floor only.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased items fit through their doors, staircases, and lifts. Refunds or returns will not be accepted if the piece does not fit.

  • All pieces are packed and crated for protection. Unpacking/uncrating is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend hiring a local carpenter.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us, with clear photos/videos, at info@camelotindia.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue.

  • Dispatch time: Ready pieces will be shipped within 7 days of confirmation of your order. For made-to-order pieces, the production time varies from 4 weeks - 8 weeks, this is mentioned per product. 

  • Delivery is by road and once dispatched can take 5-10 days to be delivered, based on your location.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds/Returns: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than verified damage or manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged Items:

    • If damage occurs in transit or due to a manufacturing defect, we will review the case and suggest an appropriate resolution.

    • Depending on the severity and nature of the damage, we may arrange for repair, replacement, or pickup.

    • In most cases, we attempt to resolve damages through local repair solutions for efficiency and sustainability.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the products have arrived at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team.
