Its sculptural cylindrical form features a recessed top bowl, reflecting the vessel’s original use in daily kitchen life. Traditionally, spice Urals were an integral part of South Indian kitchens, used for grinding and storing freshly prepared spice mixes. Adapted for contemporary use, the piece now features a fitted bevelled glass top, transforming it into a distinctive occasional table.
